The May 13 Dessert with Friends was another success. The evening commenced with PARC Chair Dave Rivers recognizing Don Ewing for his outstanding letter writing successes. He then recognized past Board Member Mike McLaughlin and his stalwart team of flag wavers. Mike and his group have not missed a Saturday at the Tenney Mt Location since last June! Possibly going for a Guinness book of records title? Dave also showed excerpts form the New Youk Post who ran an article on the (PARC member) protest welcoming Vice President Kamala Harris April 23 visit to Plymouth.
Two speakers shared their messages with us. First State Rep Mark Alliegro spoke on his committee’s efforts to ban the highly controversial Critical Race Theory from being taught in our schools and other State involved entities.
Our main speaker Pam Tucker Vice Chair of the NH Republican Party discussed some of the activities that led to New Hampshire’s success as the only State to flip both houses in 2020 election. She also recognized Grafton County’s efforts in helping with this amazing achievement. Pam went on to inform us of the hard road ahead for New Hampshire Conservatives and encouraged us to “keep up the good work”!
